Terms and Conditions

Please make note of the following important TERMS & CONDITIONS on booking Kelly Weavers Bridal Hair. Please read these User Terms carefully as they are a legal document and, on your booking with Kelly Weavers Bridal Hair, you agree to be bound by these User Terms.

* It is the responsibility of the client who books with Kelly Weavers Bridal Hair to understand, agree and be responsible for all booking conditions, including all payments are made by specified dates.

Pricing
All prices apply to individuals and do not differ regardless of the length, thickness, style or texture of an individual’s hair.  The same policy applies for traditional makeup application.

The above mentioned prices DO NOT include a blow-dry.  Your hair must be completely dry upon arrival or you will be charged the full price of a blow-dry in addition to your upstyle.

Please note that all prices are subject to change. Notice will be given of any future changes.

Trials
Customers are required to pay the full amount for the trial on the day of the trial.  24 hours notice must be given if you wish to miss, cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may mean you will be charged the full cost of the appointment.

Booking Fee
Booking will be subject to availability - please contact Kelly Weavers' Bridal Hair to confirm her availability. Upon the original booking, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit, which will under no circumstances be redeemable. However if upon Kelly's avaliablity, you reschedule it will be transferred to your new appointment.
If you are using one of Kelly's recommended makeup artist, they will require their own non-refundable deposit.

Payments
The person(s) scheduling the appointment will be responsible for full payment of all services in the event that other people in the wedding party do not pay their portion.
Payments for the hair (& Kelly Weavers bridal makeup) services taking place on the wedding day can either be paid in advance, up to one week prior to the day (direct debit or money order) or on the day (cash).

Refunds
Kelly Weaver’s Bridal Hair does not offer refunds for any completed services; therefore if you are in any way dissatisfied, the onus is on the client to notify the stylist whilst they are on location. All discussions regarding refunds/discounts will be entered into on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations
You are asked kindly to give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your trial appointment. Cancellations or missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the appointment. All wedding deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation of any wedding day booking by you must be given in writing, by post or email and will only be confirmed upon receipt of this. The following cancellation fees apply if the booking is cancelled by you.
• Up to 3 months prior to the date - None
• 3 months – 2 weeks prior to the date - 50% of the booked amount quoted on your booking confirmation form.
•2 week’s prior to the day and under - 100% of the booked amount quoted on your booking confirmation form.

Timing
Time management is of the essence therefore adherence to appointment times is critical in ensuring that Kelly deliver the service you expect. Therefore when making appointment times please note that these times will be strictly adhered to, should unforeseen circumstances arise the onus is on the bride to advise Kelly Weavers Bridal Hair as soon as practicable. Kelly is not responsible if desired completion time is not met due to wedding party delays. In the event of a delay, there will be a late-fee charged in 15 minute increments.
Brides do not choose the time in which Kelly and any other artist working with her arrive, Kelly will notify her Brides with her arrival time the week of the wedding.


Travel/Parking Fees
There is no travel fee for Brisbane CBD or surrounding suburbs. A travel fee may incur depending on distance required to travel. For more information, or call Kelly via contact page.

In the event that any hotel/motel and parking fees are incurred as result of the location of the appointment, these will be passed on to the bride.

Extra people wanting styling
If any additional people require styling on the day, but do not have an appointment, this is not normally a problem and payment can be made with cash on the wedding day.  Please give stylists notice if others want styling.

Images
To assist with future hairstyles and for promotional purposes, Kelly Weaver’s Bridal Hair often take photos prior, during and following her work being completed. To assist with this these photographs may be used for public display (e.g. website, business cards etc). If you are uncomfortable with this and wish for your images not to be used, please advice Kelly ahead of time, other wise it is presumed that you agree to her using your images as she sees fit.

Other
Kelly Weaver or any artist working with her is not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions to products used.  The onus is on the client to notify Kelly Weaver’s Bridal Hair. If you have particular hypersensitivity that you are aware of. Should you bring your own product that you are familiar with, the stylist would be happy to use the product.

In the rare event that Kelly Weaver should become unable to fulfil your booking, Kelly reserves the right to cancel or transfer your booking at any point to another reputable and competent artist.
